Fun, Fitness and Fellowship
Square dancing is the official American dance. It is enjoyed by
singles, couples, families, teens, retired, & those considered
"middle-age". In 12 to 15 weeks you will learn the Basic & Mainstream
steps of modern square dancing, while discovering a truly FUN aerobic
exercise that doesn't even feel like "exercise". Plus you'll have the
added bonus of a new circle of friends. No fancy clothes needed, just
comfortable shoes & casual attire. Once you've learned the steps,
square dancing can become a new hobby if you wish, with clubs hosting
dances all over the state - actually all over the world!! If you can
breathe, and you can laugh, then you can do this.
12 to 15 weeks ( no
class on Thanksgiving) meets Thursdays beginning 09/24
through 12/17 (or thru 1/21/10 if needed for 15 weeks). Wayne Kubicek is
