General Convention Information v SQUARE DANCE ATTIRE REQUIRED AT ALL FRIDAY AND SATURDAY SESSIONS v WEAR YOUR CLUB BADGE v BRING YOUR CLUB BANNER v CONVENTION RIBBON MUST BE WORN AT ALL FUNCTIONS v SUNDAY ATTIRE – BUSINESS CASUAL v CONVENTION CENTER IS SMOKE FREE v NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN DANCING FACILITY MSDCA and MRDC will send out Caller/Leader profile sheets. Minnesota Callers/ Leaders/Instructors MUST be members of the appropriate state organization to be programmed in an area. Non-Minnesota Callers/Leaders/Instructors MUST be members of a recognized Caller/Leader/Instructor organization. There will NOT be a Recognition Brunch on Sunday. Callers, cuers and leaders will be reimbursed their registration fee if they performed all of their scheduled time slots at the convention. 2008 Convention Committee
